We’ll be having 2 EXTRA DAYS of activities on 26 and 27th of June 2013. Those are CITY RELATED ACTIVITIES which we call DANCE POINT and PRE-FESTIVAL "SPECIAL" workshops with some of the TOP ARTISTS IN THE WORLD OF SALSA! We are very glad to work together with great and inspirational teachers who in 2 PRE-FESTIVAL days will teach 6 extra classes of workshops. This is the GREAT OPPORTUNITY for the dancers who want to learn more in pre-fest days and still enjoy the sun and the beach on weekend! REMEMBER, these are 6 classes with your favorite instructor - each of them will have a separate program of workshops! This is something that happens only on Croatian Summer Salsa Festival!

Learn the brand new rueda styles and combinations, introduce other Cuban dances and mix it up, practice techniques, explore and have so much fun in two pre-festivals special days (6 classes), all that in the appropriate ambient! Especially for you on Croatian Summer Salsa Festival for the first time in Croatia a director of choreography of ALL STARS Santiago de Cuba - REYNALDO SALAZAR with his partner Catherine Roth! Reynaldo is a gifted and certified dance teacher and choreographer (more info under Artists section) and has won several rueda competitions with the teams he choreographed. Last year they where for the first time in Rovinj and break all time record in number of people on workshop! 550 united bachateros came to learn from them!! Dont miss their pre-festival BACHATA special and enjoy their bachata patterns and flavour! JORGE AND TANJA are professional Bachata and salsa dancers and teachers, and probably MOST WANTED BACHATA couple in the world They will be teaching both PRE-FESTIVAL SPECIAL WORKSHOPS and festival workshops!

DANCE POINTS

Dance point is literally a place of your dreams, a place where you can have fun, listen to good salsa music, hang out with other dancers or passers by exchanging different experiences and dance on the street if you want to. We think of it as a great way to spread positive vibrations and to open salsa to the people who are not familiar with it. Don't be shy and JOIN US in the evenings and build up your excitement towards the great weekend!
