Nemanja Sonero also known as DJ Sonero has been dancing since he was a kid. He studied classical as well as modern dance, ballet, afro-brasilian and afro-cuban, hip hop, etc. He worked with many world famous teachers and choreographers, and received a call to continue his work in Cuba in the most famous dance schools like “Danza Contemporánea de Cuba” and “El Conjunto Folklorico Nacional”.

Nemanja is one of the first DJ's in Serbia who started playing Latin music, he practically formed and developed the Serbian Salsa club scene, and he is now considered as the top Balkan Salsa DJ.

DJ Sonero is the only Latin DJ and Dance Teacher from Serbia that is working regularly on international Latin Music and Salsa Congresses and Festivals, and his biggest inspiration to start playing international was Lubi Jovanovic aka DJ Lubi, one of the most famous Latin DJ's in the world.

The professional DJ name "Sonero" came from love for the "old school" music and dance, the roots of Salsa that we call today the Son, rumba, mambo...

Jelena "Mala Jeca" is only 17 years old, and she is the youngest Salsa dancer and instructor in Serbia. She has been dancing since she was seven. Six years later, she found Salsa and fell in love with it. Because of her great talent, three years later she became the official teacher and dance partner of Nemanja Sonero.
Together, they travel all over the world, and teach and perform in salsa congresses.
