After two long years - we go back to the THE OLD TOBACCO FACTORY, a place where dance history was made. Oh, and that's just for starters - 2022 will kick a**!

Beach parties are back - Villas Rubin as our main playground!

We missed them too and we are making plans to bring back the parties that made all the difference. Pool party place - Villas Rubin - will be the centre of the daily beach parties and place with the most affordable accommodation so you can be right where the action is. And don't worry - the transfer to/from Rovinj is included in the price for people staying at Villas Rubin - day and night ;)
