CSSF is a very beginner friendly festival ;) Beginners are more than welcome!
At the festival all beginners will be able to experience the best from our international instructors, enjoy their dancing, professional and friendly approach.

Lost and found will be in the festival registration office in Hotel Park, during office working hours. Feel free to ask and check it few times.
We recommend, keep your stuff near you and on the safe place! Organizer does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Rovinj is a small town, but it has a rich gastro offer.
Well-known, natural and healthy Adriatic cuisine along with regular world cuisine offers are a great way to fulfill your stay in Rovinj.
We recommend the official festival restaurant MAESTRAL - a great place for each meal with excellent and always fresh and tasty food. Good atmosphere and irresistible view just go great together.
Your own food and drinks are permitted only at the workshops. At the parties, a small bottle of water is permitted.
Tickets and passes will be available for online purchasing at latest from 1st of November.

Yes, most of the passes are usually available at the door but we would highly recommend to buy it earlier! It's cheaper and you'll be sure that you have it because some of the passes or tickets can be sold out...boat tickets for example, or even Paradise Express pass.
You can pick up your pass in the festival office when you arrive to Rovinj. You will need some kind of personal document with your photo on it.
Tickets and passes will not be shipped. When we get your payment you will receive the confirmation email saying that your registration is complete. You can print it out and bring it with you.

Yes, we have discounted prices for groups. In order to get group prices there has to be a minimum number of 12 people in the group.

You've bought the pass and for some reason later you've found out that you can't come. The refund is possible but different conditions will apply depending on how you paid - by credit card or by bank transfer.
If you've paid by CREDIT CARD - the full refund is possible, minus credit card fees.
If you've paid by BANK TRANSFER - 75% of the total amount is refundable, minus bank transfer fee (around 5 eur). The other 25% is the TAX we have to pay to our government for all transfers made to our bank account, and TAX in Croatia called PDV is 25%.
Yes, the pass or the ticket can be transferred to another person. When you log into your account on our web-shop at www.salsa-adria.hr you are able to change the name of the person who will use the pass.
However it is not allowed to re-sell the passes or tickets!
Yes, you will be able to register and to pick up your passes at the entrance to the party! Please make sure you arrive before 2.30 am, you won't be able to buy or pick up your pass because the festival office in Adris is closed afterwards.
Yes you can buy a one-day pass. It includes all the workshops and the party on the chosen day.
Unfortunately it is not possible to buy a single workshop only. The minimum is one-day pass which includes all workshops for the chosen day.
Please take care of your tickets and passes; the lost ones won't be reimbursed!
It is recommended that each person takes their own pass for themselves. This way we will be sure that you got everything you need! ;)
Unfortunately in Croatia it is still not possible to pay in euros. If you pay in cash, only HRK is accepted.
There is an ATM in every hotel. You can also find a lot of them all over the city and at the party place (Adris Old Tobacco Factory - to use it you have to ask security at the entrance).
There isn't a waiting list for the boat trips. All boat trips tickets are sold online on first come first serve basis.
There can be cancellations of course, so feel free to stop by at our festival office to check.
The reason for that could be that the email you entered is not valid so please make sure you've put the right email during the account registration on our web-shop. It could have happened also that the confirmation email went to your SPAM folder, so please check that as well.
