EARLY DAYS

It started, oh, around 2003-2004, it was sucha long time ago :) In a short period of time Los Mamberos team (we were 12 at the time) have organized numerous large and small workshops. Amid those, a series of six free workshops, where classes were held by Los Mamberos instructors, by the name Salsa Pa'Ti is among it's greatest achievements. Another series of salsa workshops, known as Salsa Especial, had often charity cause associated and world famous foreign instructor were invited to ensure a top notch and fun teaching to it's students.

The largest and most popular salsa event in Croatia and beyond, also organized by Los Mamberos in cooperation with Salsa Adria Productions, is international event Croatian Summer Salsa Festival, held every summer in beautiful coastal city, Rovinj. The festival first took place in August of 2005 when 300 students attended the workshops and more then 1000 dancers enjoyed the parties. This unique summer festival ever since has grown bigger and more popular for Croatian and international dancers, with the last two festivals hitting the roof with the number of dancers! Words of praise have been received not just from dancers and instructor, but also from partners: Tourist Board of Rovinj, City of Rovinj and Hotels and Resorts Maistra.

Besides these projects the instructors of Los Mamberos regularly do animations, show performances and organize salsa parties. They have often been invited as guest instructors and performers in many Croatian cities as well as international events.

Instructors of Los Mamberos dance studio regularly give classes in Zagreb at Art Net Club, Preradovićeva 25. Students at these classes have the opportunity to receive up to date innovations in salsa and related dances and always enjoy a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
